Throughout the years I have learned so much through allowing my heart to be open to Love and be willing to give love and share my world. That has allowed me to learn some of the most valuable lessons on Love and most importantly on learning how to Love Me. I hope that you enjoy the poetry on the debut album Lovesick Lessons produced by the international jazz pianist Bob Baldwin.

I have been so blessed and fortunate in this journey of life to know that Growth is a choice and choosing to grow from the painful lessons often learned through Love is the highest form of ‘Self Love’
